Agbokim Falls Green Marathon

The Agbokim-Falls Green Marathon is a sport-turning tourism event that would market and promote the Agbokim Falls for global appeal and patronage. This initiative highlights the need for a shared responsibility, to continually protect and build the required infrastructure, to complement the idyllic environmental setting of nature’s gifting to humanity located at Etung Local Government Area of Cross River State. Proposed Event Date: 23rd day in the month of November, 2024.

The Agbokim Falls is a pristine, exquisite and unspoiled natures gifting to the people, of Cross River and Nigeria at large, located in Agbokim, Etung Local Government Area.



With her unique seven stream cascading plunge, her continuous water flow depends on her unspoken campaign for afforestation.
Her beauty enthralls pleasure seekers with the offering of quietude that provides for a therapeutic and spiritual sanctuary.



Agbokim Falls has the natural features that can attract international attention comparatively with Niagara Falls and Victoria Falls, yielding socioeconomic and infrastructural benefits..
